Ingredients

For the Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp finely diced onion

2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup

2 tsp yellow mustard

2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles

1 tsp pickle juice

1/4 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Hamburger Meat:

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp garlic powder

For the Wraps:

6 large tortillas (use low-carb for fewer carbs)

4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

1/3 cup finely diced onions

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced dill pickles


Instructions

    • In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.

    • Heat a skillet over medium. Spray with oil, add ground beef, and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain grease.

    • Stir salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder into the beef. Remove from heat.

    • Lightly spray and warm each tortilla in the skillet until pliable.

    • Layer lettuce, onions, cheese, pickles, seasoned beef, and sauce on each tortilla.

    • Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Use Carb Balance tortillas and sugar-free ketchup to keep each wrap around 9.4 net carbs.

Sauce makes 7 servings (2 tbsp each); perfect for burgers and salads too.

For best results, assemble wraps just before serving to avoid sogginess.
