Ingredients
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely diced onion
2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
1 tsp pickle juice
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Hamburger Meat:
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
For the Wraps:
6 large tortillas (use low-carb for fewer carbs)
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1/3 cup finely diced onions
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced dill pickles

In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium. Spray with oil, add ground beef, and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain grease.

Stir salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder into the beef. Remove from heat.

Lightly spray and warm each tortilla in the skillet until pliable.

Layer lettuce, onions, cheese, pickles, seasoned beef, and sauce on each tortilla.
