1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
6 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups cubed angel food cake or pound cake

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in the heavy whipping cream and continue to whip the mixture until it becomes light, airy, and fluffy.
- Carefully fold in the sliced strawberries and blueberries, making sure not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Gently incorporate the cubed cake, stirring just enough to evenly combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a large serving bowl and garnish with whole strawberries if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For best texture, wait to add the cake cubes and garnish until just before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Try with mixed berries or pound cake for a richer variation.
