Description

Banana Split Fluff is a quick and colorful no-bake dessert made with bananas, strawberries, pineapple, and marshmallows in a creamy banana pudding base. Perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or any festive occasion. Easy to prepare and guaranteed to be a hit—make it today and share the fun!

Ingredients

Scale

1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix

1 (40 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice

1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

3 large ripe bananas, sliced

16 oz fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

4 cups mini marshmallows

1 (10 oz) jar maraschino cherries, drained and stems removed

½ cup finely chopped peanuts or walnuts, plus extra for topping

½ cup semisweet chocolate chips, plus extra for topping

Whipped cream (optional), for topping

Sprinkles (optional), for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice) until powder dissolves and mixture thickens.
  2. Carefully mix in the Cool Whip with a rubber spatula until smooth and evenly blended.
  3. Add the sliced bananas, chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, maraschino cherries, chocolate chips, and nuts. Fold until everything is evenly coated in the pudding mixture.
  4. Chill covered in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours to let the flavors combine and the fluff set properly.
  5. To serve, dollop more whipped cream, sprinkle extra chocolate chips, nuts, and maraschino cherries, plus sprinkles if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor and texture, chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Use ripe but firm bananas and slice just before adding.

You can swap strawberries for other fresh fruit like blueberries or peaches.

For a dairy-free version, use non-dairy whipped topping and vanilla pudding mix.

Lightly stir leftovers before serving again to freshen the fluff.
