Description

Banana Pudding Tiramisu with Caramel is a creamy no bake dessert layered with ladyfingers, banana pudding, smooth cream cheese filling, and sweet caramel sauce. Fresh banana slices add natural sweetness while the chilled layers create a soft, cake like texture. This simple dessert is perfect for gatherings, holidays, or when you want an easy make ahead treat.

1 package gluten free ladyfingers or fresh baked ladyfingers
5 ⅛ oz instant banana pudding mix
16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
16 oz milk (use a thicker dairy free milk if needed)
1 banana, sliced
4 tablespoons caramel sauce


Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat for a few minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the banana pudding mix and milk to the bowl and mix until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Arrange a layer of ladyfingers on the bottom of a 10 x 7 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour half of the banana cream mixture over the ladyfingers and spread evenly.
  5. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the cream layer.
  6. Add another layer of ladyfingers on top.
  7. Spread the remaining banana cream mixture evenly over the second layer.
  8. Cover the dish and refrigerate for about 6 hours until set.
  9. Before serving, top with the remaining caramel sauce and fresh banana slices.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
For the best texture, chill the dessert overnight.
Add the fresh banana slices just before serving to prevent browning.
Regular ladyfingers can be used if gluten free is not required.
