Instructions
Prepare the Crust:
Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter in a mixing bowl.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate to set while preparing the next layers.
Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
Using a hand mixer, whip the softened cream cheese in a bowl until creamy and lump-free.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix well.
Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Spread this layer evenly over the chilled crust.
Add Banana Slices:
Arrange sliced bananas over the cream cheese layer.
Prepare the Pudding Layer:
In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mixes and cold milk until thickened.
Spread the pudding over the banana layer.
Top with Whipped Topping:
Evenly layer the rest of the whipped topping across the surface of the pudding.
Chill:
Wrap the dish and chill in the fridge for no less than 4 hours, or leave it overnight to fully set.
Garnish and Serve:
Just before serving, top with fresh banana slices and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
Notes
Toss banana slices in lemon juice to reduce browning.
Best served chilled and fresh within 1–2 days.
Try variations with vanilla wafers or caramel drizzle for a flavor twist.
