			- 12 sticks string cheese
 - 12 slices bacon
 - 2 tsp Italian seasoning
 - Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions
- Unwrap the string cheese and place it on a plate or small baking sheet. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a medium baking sheet with foil. Arrange bacon slices in a single layer, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and bake for 12–15 minutes, until slightly crisp but still pliable.
 - Remove bacon from the oven and let it cool slightly. Line another baking sheet with foil.
 - Wrap each frozen string cheese stick with a bacon slice, overlapping the edges. Place wrapped sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
 - Bake for 5–7 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid over-melting, until the bacon is crisp and the cheese begins to melt.
 - Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes
- Freezing the mozzarella sticks is crucial to prevent them from melting too quickly while baking.
 - Adjust the initial bacon baking time depending on thickness; thinner bacon may need less time.
 - For extra crunch, consider sprinkling breadcrumbs on the wrapped sticks before baking.
