Instructions

  • Unwrap the string cheese and place it on a plate or small baking sheet. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a medium baking sheet with foil. Arrange bacon slices in a single layer, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and bake for 12–15 minutes, until slightly crisp but still pliable.
