Description

Ingredients

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons kosher salt

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cups whole milk

2 eggs, beaten

2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

1 pound ground beef, cooked

12 ounces thick-cut beef, cooked


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Stir in melted butter, beaten eggs, and milk, mixing until smooth.
  • Fold in shredded cheese, cooked ground beef, and bacon until well combined.
  • Spray two 24‑cup mini‑muffin pans with baking spray.
  • Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the batter into each muffin cup, filling just over the rim.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 20‑22 minutes.
