2 eggs, beaten

1 pound ground beef, cooked
12 ounces thick-cut beef, cooked
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl and whisk until well blended.
- Stir in melted butter, beaten eggs, and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in shredded cheese, cooked ground beef, and bacon until well combined.
- Spray two 24‑cup mini‑muffin pans with baking spray.
- Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the batter into each muffin cup, filling just over the rim.
- Bake until golden brown, about 20‑22 minutes.
