1 (17.5 oz) can of cinnamon rolls (with icing)
1 (21 oz) can of apple pie filling
½ cup melted butter (1 stick)
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉ (190℃).
- Open the canned cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing for later. Cut each roll into six bite-sized pieces.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, pour in the melted butter and evenly distribute the cinnamon roll pieces over it.
- Spoon the apple pie filling evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
- Sprinkle the top with dark brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Bake the casserole uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until it turns golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow the casserole to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Drizzle the reserved icing over the top before serving.
Notes
Use a glass or ceramic dish for even baking. Add nuts for crunch or swap the filling for cherries or peaches. Can be prepped ahead!
