Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened (salted or unsalted)
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened butter with a hand mixer until smooth.
