- 1 ½ cups mashed bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
- ¾ cup condensed milk (coconut condensed milk works too!)
- 1 ½ cups self-rising flour, sifted
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 7 x 4-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in the condensed milk until smooth. Gradually fold in sifted self-rising flour until just combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Cool and Slice: Allow the banana bread to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
Notes
- Store at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
- To freeze, slice and place in a ziplock bag for up to 6 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
