Description

This easy 3-Ingredient Banana Bread is fluffy, moist, and comes together in just one bowl! No butter, oil, or eggs are required, and it’s ready in 35 minutes. Perfect for a quick, delicious treat with minimal ingredients.

  • 1 ½ cups mashed bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
  • ¾ cup condensed milk (coconut condensed milk works too!)
  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour, sifted

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 7 x 4-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix the Batter: In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in the condensed milk until smooth. Gradually fold in sifted self-rising flour until just combined.
  • Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Cool and Slice: Allow the banana bread to cool completely in the pan before slicing.

Notes

  • Store at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
  • To freeze, slice and place in a ziplock bag for up to 6 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
